To our customers: On behalf of everyone at Mavi, our hearts go out to all those impacted by COVID-19. In these difficult times, we want to reassure you that we are taking every precaution and that we consider this a very serious matter. To do our part to limit the spread of the coronavirus, we have closed our Mavi stores until further notice. The majority of our office staff, including our customer support teams, will be working remotely. Our online store will remain open as usual and we have extended our return policy by an additional two weeks. Please be patient with us while we prepare and pack your order. In order to keep our warehouse a safe place for our staff, we are operating at a reduced capacity. Canada Post continues to pick up our orders on a daily basis, however, they have suspended normal delivery guarantees for their parcel service. Shipping times could vary from our regular windows. Expect 3-5 day extra delay on shipping due to heavy volumes.
