At HÄLSA, we believe that taking time away from our daily routines, shutting out sensation and reconnecting inwards allows us to step back into the world feeling more whole and connected. By offering a time and space devoted to deep relaxation, we empower people to live happier, healthier lives so they can care for themselves, their loved ones, our community, and our Earth.

We’ve made sure to establish protocols to ensure that you’re able to enjoy the relaxation and healing that HÄLSA offers in a safe way.

We won’t be booking massages until at least mid-June, but we will be open by appointment only for floats and saunas starting Thursday, May 21st.

The nature of our business allows lots of physical distancing and if we all do our part, we’re confident that we can offer our environment for self-care in a safe, controlled way.

First and foremost, if you’re feeling at all unwell, please do not come in! We’re waiving our cancellation fees in the event of sickness but if you come in and are obviously ill (coughing, fever, sneezing, etc…) we’ll turn you away at the door.

We will be leaving more time between appointments to ensure that all rooms are thoroughly cleaned. We use a Health Canada approved, botanically-derived disinfectant for all touch surfaces and stabilized ozone inside our float rooms. We ask you to maintain physical distance when in HÄLSA. We’ll continue to keep all common areas clean and sanitized regularly.

We look forward to welcoming you back in. Please reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns, and as always, we wish you radiant health!
