Chi is a modern Vietnamese-fusion concept restaurant that pays attention to the Chinese and French roots and history of Vietnamese cuisine. We hope to bring a new light to Vietnamese food by bringing out bold and diverse flavours as well as unique culinary techniques to every dish. Our dishes are meant to be eaten “family-style” – shared around the table. Each of our dishes are unique creations based on traditional recipes and flavours from north, south and central Vietnam.
